Valentin Zasukha

Mr. Valentin Zasukha has a wide experience in senior positions in legal field. Before joining Clever Management Mr. Zasukha has worked in Dragon Capital, SEB Bank Ukraine and HVB Bank Ukraine. In 2000-2005 he worked on projects of the World Bank in Ukraine.

Mr.Valentin Zasukha is focused on M&A, banking and finance, securities and stock market.

Mr. Valentin Zasukha received his Master’s degree from the International Law Department in Kyiv Institute of International Relations. He also holds a diploma in International Relations from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
